Scenario
As the training provider for part of the " Evesham Roll-out" You have been requested to produce  training documentation on  "backups" their importance, backup regimes and procedures, security measures and  the procedures required to complete a successful backup.  
Note : this documentation will also be emailed and Faxed to customers.

Brief :  You are required to :
Initially test the computer
Prepare the Hard drive/ Install the operating system/ Configure the operating system
Create and document a backup, and its automation ( this is required to satisfy the scenario)
The documentation should include:
What are backups and their importance
Differing backup regimens
A step by step procedure to guide clients through the process
A step by step

We are required to provide a range of templates using Evesham's new corporate image
these are  required for their standard office suite.
Also  required are a library of macros for standard "statements" used for corporate & customer communications. The initial request for this service is from Human resources & Sales.
